It is located on the former Miami arena site.

They are gonna held concerts in that park too. Most probably that's where Ultra is going to be moved.

Why in the world would the city be hassling this guy all the time? Well hopefully this "park" project works, the current condition of that site is just a waste of space. It does make me feel good that my prediction of the miami arena being a white elephant came true. Thankfully in the end the city lets the land be put to use.

Only in Miami do we have rented parks. How silly. I think the site should be a permanent park, I hate to think of all the landscaping going in just to be torn up down the road to be some other oversized parking garage or condos.

I suppose a temporary park is better than nothig, I hope they can save the trees and donate them to permanent parks when the time comes to build something there.
