Any way to get a property owners Date of Birth with the Folio or Address?

Just a name is not very distinctive.

How?

1) Why would you want it? 2) No, age is irrelevant.

So what's the best way to confirm the John Doe you know is really the owner of Property? Or is it just nobodies business.

We are having two very similar issues accross town with two Property owners. By enoumous chance, both are named identically. How can we connect the dots without going Legal first?

Also, how easy is it for a buyer to lie about marital status on purchase contract and say "A single man" vs "married"?

Look it up online.

What does their date of birth have to do with anything?

If you're thinking somebody is saying they own something and the owner of the property happens to have the same name, simply ask them to take you on a tour.

Name is identical. Signiture is close but not identical. DOB would make it conclusive. It's like the same person, but he's not talking to me and is not interested in answering the question.

Look it up where? I am looking at the Deed online and other papers.. but that does not prove anything.

Signatures can have slight variations. I started forming the first letter of my name differently in the past year than I have before.

If you are already looking at the "Public Records" section of the clerk of court that's about all there is. Sometimes you can find the mortgage agreements there...

So you rented a home but you don't think the owner is the one getting the money?
