I happen to think East Kendall is actually very nice ... there are some super nice areas and nice homes .....West Kendall is not an ugly area ... it is also quite nice in many areas ... Rock Newman and Miami Vice, that's not my purpose at all. I'm just a Miamian interested in the opinions of my other fellow Miamians. I'm pretty much familiar with the opinions and sentiments against my NW Dade area but the other Miamians who love South Dade can hear a different perspective towards their area. It just goes to show we all think differently, and what's ugly and nice is just perception.
