I just do not like it.

Nothing to do with over-building, corruption, skyline, etc; I just do not like it.

I love it, the height especially, one will probably see Palm Beach from the observatory or at least Boca Raton and then there is Bungee jumping and a simulated drop.

It is going to be 1,000 feet making it the tallest building in Miami but I am not sure that you will be able to see Palm Beach County from its highest level.

I can see Russian from my backyard so none of this really impresses me.

Now the talk is that the developer behind the project wants to apply for a gambling permit. This is exactly the reason why I have been against the project from day one while many here have been in love with the project without even knowing the details behind it. I knew there had to be more behind all of this. No one builds a 430 million dollar bungee jumping tower even if it is to scam foreign investors. In the end the project might still go ahead even if they do not get the gambling permit but something else will be added under the table, I am almost sure of that.
