lmao!
That's too much.

But yeah, the phallic tower and a ferris wheel? I mean..... i dont know. It's not thrilling me. I'm not dazzled.
I wouldn't necessarily oppose it being built, but I feel like something else could be done.

Yea I don't think it fits in at all with the area I mean really come up with some more original ideas that don't involve some quick money scheme.

I like the idea. It's interesting and at will bring more tourists to that part of downtown. Not that it needs more tourists, but hey, the more the merrier right?

People who complain about possible hurricanes will always find something to complain about. What about the museums? The arena? Hey why are we even building condos there? It's just a risk the city will have to take unless they want a barren waterfront.....

Or did Jesus throw the meteor thus causing the hurricane and flooding?

Well it might be good for your own self serving interest, but it would not be good for the city as a whole. Many people forget that Atlantic City made the same arguments(by self serving interests that stood to profit by it). yet it has turned that city into a crap hole.

Thank you for putting the facts into this discussion. You cannot push progress with big government and massive debt. Real progress grows from the average person up. These promoters are developers, who only care about short term gains.

Don't do it Miami. Your skyline with the azure waters looks just fine now.

No need to muck it up with some tacky ferris wheel....let Vegas keep the title king of tacky. I don't care much for the skyrise/hairpin either but this ferris wheel is just dreadful.
