Hi All,

Considering moving to Aventura Isles in Ives Estates. The online reviews for this community were terrible a few years ago, and I can't find any recent reviews. Does anybody have experience buying a home in Aventura Isles? Do you like it? Is it safe? My concern is Aventura Isles is adjacent to Miami Gardens, which has a high crime rate. I would have preferred Skylake but the houses are so old and much more expensive. Anybody who's lived there can you give me your opinion about this place? I'm also afraid of letting go of my current property now that everyone is moving here from everywhere and there's a shortage of real estate. Any advice is appreciated; thanks!

I typed in the name in Google and it brought up 4 star rating for the HOA/community out of 233 reviews.

I'd say there is your answer!

I sold a new construction home there years ago - buyers loved it and stayed several years. That's my only first hand knowledge for you.
