Check out local country clubs that do catering. They usually need waiters/waitresses or bartenders and pay well (relatively speaking).

Take a stroll around South Beach and check out some of the hotspots around Ocean Dr., Lincoln Rd. and the likes... If you are willing to work in a bar or restaurant most places include up to 18% gratuity, which I do not necessarily agree with, but is good for waiters and bartenders I guess

Any store that stays open 24 hours needs people to work nightshifts. I know some CVS pharmacies are 24 hours as well as 7-11's. I imagine the pay is crap though, like 95% of the jobs down here.

That's also a great job if you like armed robbery. I still stand behind my country club suggestion. The busy ones will have work on MOST nights, unlike most other similar type of jobs that pay in that range. 12 dollars an hour starting isn't too bad for what it is, and if you can make drinks, those places will put you on the bar after a few weeks and you can add tips to that.
