Anyone here with advise on a good realator or real esstate co. that will not robb me. please let me know,also offer any advise for home buying in miami,I know some may feel its not a good time to buy homes at this time,but again,this is just an investment,so I wanted to know if a home can be found for the price ranges of 100k to 150 k,in the areas of pembrooke pines,miramar,hialeah,3 bed room houses.feel free to also send me a direct message thru here. also like to mention,looking for homes in non violent areas

Chances have it realtors won't rob you being that they are dying for business and prices are so cheap you can't go wrong. Houses are being given away. Hialeah? Tu habla espanol? That probally is the most spanish neighborhood in all of Miami-Dade County. What made you chose those areas?

It is a GREAT time to BUY a home. It is a horrible time to sell thats why it is great to buy, homes which were $300,000 two years ago and will proably be $250,000 in 5-10 years are now $150,000. You should be able to find something in Miramar and Hialeah I do not know about the pine though.
