I would like to purchase a manufactured home and move it into a different park from which it is currently located. The problem I am having is the fact I cannot locate any that are moveable, or within reason for my needs. The parks do not allow the homes to leave their park for up to a few years after ownership. So it seems my only choice is to look for for-sale-by-owner man.homes - which seem to be few and far between. I would like to move the man. home to a park in Novi.

I am aware of a few consignment lots that have repo. man. homes that do allow them to be moved, but the prices seem pretty steep.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can look for FSBO man. homes? To be specific, I seek a double wide 3 bed / 2 bath with a split bedroom layout. I prefer to make the purchase local to Novi / Northville ? South Lyon / Canton / Brighton...

All help greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Call AJR homes, (248) 676-9755 Bonnie should answer the phone. We have been in our park since October and as far as I know we own the home and can move it any time we want. I know we signed a lease agreement, but I honestly do not recall or think there was a time requirement on it. Good luck.
