Does anybody in Escanaba have T-Mobile? On their map it shows it as "Service Partner", much like the upper half of the lower peninsula. From my understanding, that means you'll get okay cell service but the data might be roaming and capped or throttled?

I'm asking because my sister currently lives up there but plans to move back down state in a year. I'm on a contract with her and live in Lansing where T-Mobile is fine. I really don't want to sign another 2-year deal with Verizon and pay $130 a month for 2 phones, one without even having data.

Thanks for any information!
