My birthday was yesterday and I went to the Secretary of State to get my tabs. Well I pay and the lady not only hands me my tabs, but a whole new license plate, with new numbers and all! I just didn't expect it; at first I thought it was a mistake or something. But I guess not!

They are replacing the standard blue ones only, I believe.
