Hi friends!

I'll be around Milwaukee next February which I admit is not the best travel season. So I am wondering what is there to do in MKE around that time of the year? I used to go to school there and was busy during winter so I missed all the stuff to do as it seems. Except for walks at night in the snow and hanging out on frozen beaches.
I'll be visiting some friends but they might be busy with school during the day so I need to keep myself busy as well. Any ideas?

I guess you could shovel their walks for them. Should be enough snow to keep you busy. LOL

Skating at Red Arrow Park is fun. You can even rent skates there. Visit the many museums, the Haggerty is one that is free. Hang out at coffee shops like Alterra at the Lake.

Visit the Domes.... Brush up on your Bowling or enjoy some inland lakes ice fishing. Plenty to do around the area once the temps dip... Museum and Art Gallery are open in Winter. Tour the Miller Brewery.

BZZZZ Wrong answer.

The winters need to be colder infact in the area. The inland lakes don't freeze as early as they used to and thaw to quickly.

Frozen Lakes are wonderful playgrounds and provide excellent Ice Fishing oportunity.

Well as long as you're doing those kind of comparisons then here is a google of KEY WEST HURRICANE. I may have to shovel some snow but at least I don't have to worry about the house disappearing one day.
