Unemployment New Benefit Year Question!! (calculation, earnings, phone)

Hope someone can answer this for me...

I just got a letter today from unemployment. I worked for 6 weeks during my 1st benefit year (which ends 10/29/2011). The letter stated that because of my earnings in 2011, I am eligible for a new benefit (year) beginning 11/1/2011.

My question is...how long is a benefit "year" supposed to be (is it still 52 weeks?). This letter tells me my weekly benefit amount will be $344 with a maximum limit of $6865. By my calculations, its only 20 weeks... is this because they are only allocating benefits on a quarterly basis and I really will have another 52 weeks (if I don't find work before then) or has something changed and 20 weeks is all I get in this new benefit "year"?

Thanks for answering. I know I'll probably have to call Un Emp tomorrow and waste a ton of phone minutes waiting for someone to get to me but - if someone here can help answer this, I'd greatly appreciate it...
