I will be moving up to the Menomonee Falls area in a few weeks to take a IT management position. I'm looking to rent a two bedroom. It's just me, a 44 year old white male but I'd like to rent a two bedroom. Looking in the $800-$1200 range per month if I can possibly land it. I'm open to driving up to 20 minutes each way. I'm looking for something with hardwood, tile, some carpet is okay but not a big fan of it, fireplace, contemporary design...you know, something nice but not extravagant. I also want a garage (attached to my condo/home/place). I also want washer/dryer in unit and all appliances. I'll bring my own furniture.

Any suggestions? What areas should I consider?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Look into the Falls, Germantown, Brookfield, Pewaukee, Mequon and Richfield. You should be able to find something like that in those suburbs and in that price range.

Okay. Any great condos or apartment complexes in those areas?
