From what I understand, the US Bank Center had a public observation deck on the 41st floor that was open to the public from 1973 until 1991 when a law firm's request closed the floor. The deck was then open for the Open House Milwaukee Event that has taken place every year since 2011. I am wondering if the Wisconsin Tower built in 1930, the Wisconsin Gas Building built in 1930, or the Pabst Building built in 1891 had any public observation decks on the top floors as many tall skyscrapers used as office buildings built during those years had public observation decks on the top floors. This was especially true with Art Deco skyscrapers built in the late 1920's and 1930's. I am also wondering if Milwaukee City Hall has a public observation deck near the top of the clock tower. Many tall city hall buildings in the United States have public observation decks near the top, such as those in Richmond (Virginia), Los Angeles, Kansas City, Buffalo (New York), and Philadelphia. Any help that one can provide would be appreciated.
