Generally, how easy are they to get?

These days - you are SOL and it's about time. Not so long ago you could walk up to just about ANY Brewers game and get good seats.

Now they are selling it out on a regular basis. Miller Park is a great place to see a game.

No offense, but I actually think Miller Park sucks for baseball. For monster truck events and concerts it could do very well however. The only reason tickets are harder to come by this year than in years past is because the Brewers probably will make the playoffs.

I am not saying this as a Cub fan or a Chicagoan, but as a baseball fan.

For those that live outside of the Milwaukee Metro area, Miller Park is a godsend. Gone are the days of rain delays and postponements. You can be rest assured that if you buy your tickets no matter how far in advance, the game will, in fact, be played. Guaranteed games, clear sightlines of the field, and 21st century amenities (*cough* Wrigley Field *cough*) are by no means a bad thing. And none of this accounts for the product on the field, which is what matters most.

So in all practicality, Miller Park does not indeed 'suck for baseball'. And yours is an opinion not often encountered from either locals or guests.

The only thing Miller Park sucks for is it's tax burden to build. But that's only a tenth of a penny on the dollar ($9.99 CDs cost $10.55 here w/ tax as opposed to $10.54 across the state), so in all intents and purposes it's everyday impact is really rather insignificant.

As for the original question, the Brewers are expecting sell-outs for the remainder of the season. However, a sell-out literally means that there are only single ticket blocks of seating available, not that the stadium is filled to capacity. So if you are willing to either go to a game by yourself or to sit separate from your companions, seats can be had.

I got 4 tickets for the last Sat. in Sept. against the Cubs on e-bay. Probably can get tickets if you look hard enough still. We are new to Milwaukee and my husband and I are very impressed by the looks of Miller Park-it is beautiful - we are anxious to see it from the inside. Looks like a real asset to Milwaukee. Anyhow, we are looking forward to the game.
