I unfortunately have come into a dilema. I recently lost my full time job and now am being forced to vacate my apartment due to rodent infestation in the walls. I am a student and work part time. I am seeking a full time job but no apartment will take me because I wont qualify because my income is too low. I live with my boyfriend who is also in a similar dilema. So we are both in a bind. I just need a month or two to get a full time job and back on my feet. So, looking for a room, sublet, studio, or something that I can pay about 300 per month. I have to option to stay with my sister but she lives out of state and the commute would be pretty far for school and work. I also have 2 cats but if needed they could stay elsewhere. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or can help. Thanks

Consider talking with the folks at Project for Pride in Living. You can google them, or visit the HQ at Franklin Ave. and 11th Avenue S. (Phillips neighborhood). They are a non-profit housing developer and operator (among other things), and may be able to help you or put you in touch with other resources that can.
