98 Pound Buffet--amazing Sushi and Japanese/Chinese food and very reasonably priced--for the lunch buffet.

What kinds of food do you like? And in what price range?

@QuietBlue: I like foods like bbq or pastas, stuff like that. But I wuld like fancy stuff too. I would like prices that are reasonable, and I would really like low prices.

Many fancy restaurants are in Mall of America. When I first moved here, Bloomington had places like Eddie Websters. But I think the general run of restaurants are tourist-oriented now. You could try Yelp for some reviews.

David Fongs (Cantonese & American) on Lyndale, a Bloomington institution for 50 years.

David Fong's | Cantonese & American Cuisine

reviews are all over the place but there's just no pleasing some people, you know?

David Fong's. Still there? When we used to drive down there, Eddie Webster's and David Fong's were two destinations. There also was a Boston Sea Party where you could pig out on seafood. Sadly, that closed ages ago.

Grand Szechuan at Valley West Shopping plaza (France and Old Shakopee) is VERY delicious. They have a great lunch special too.
