-Hilly or close to hilly areas.
-walkable for the most part
-has good public transit access.
-ideally has access to some nice parks but this is semi optional

Is there a neighborhood that fits all these criteria. Definitely willing to compromise some though.
Also have light rail access would be ideal and I might prioritize light rail access and walkable over the other attributes as long as I can get to parks and topography without too much trouble. I do plan to buy a car down the line but I don’t want to be dependent on it and mainly want to use it for trips up north or longer road trips like to the black hills or western Michigan and so forth.

Thanks!

Highland Park fits them all. Light Rail is 2 miles away across the river. The old Ford plant has tons of new housing options.

The Cathedral Hill area of Saint Paul has much of what you are looking for and is an older historically significant part of the city.

Thanks. Both of those look good. Especially cathedral hill.

It sounds like cathedral hill might not have many condo options though? Looking for a condo not a single family home

On the Realtor site there are many condos for sale now. I am in this area often for work and there are many/most places are multiple units.
