I've failed my test 3 times at Arden Hills, and once at Eagan. Does anyone else know of a good closed course test I can go to?

I think the OP is referring to a drug test.

Don't tell anyone I told you, but Thief River Falls is where they hold the 'easy' tests!

If you have failed three times and can't realize that you are not ready to drive then I'm guessing you should be used to failing tests by now. Can you not wrap your head around the concept that you could pose a danger to others if you're not ready? It's the reason most tests are out in the real world. You know, where you'll be actually driving? It's the reason they give tests in the first place!

Get a bike. Use public transport or Uber.

Failed four times! I may have seen this person this morning getting off 35W at the Arden Hills exit. They putted down 35, then braked while on 35 before the exit ramp. Said person should not be driving, will cause accidents.
