Greetings
A Minnesota newspaper in the second half of the 1960s ran a story about a convention of psychiatrists meeting in San Francisco in 1966, 1967, 1968, or 1969 (maybe 1970)
at which one of them, a Dr. T. Richard Gregory, M.D. of Phoenix, in a discussion in connection with the Vietnam War, stated that he would handle it by telling North Vietnam and China to stand down, and that if they did not, he would use nuclear weapons on North Vietnamese and Chinese cities. I need the story and reference. What would be your fees?

i'd try the MN historical society first. they may be able to help. at the very least they may be able to put you in contact with some folks who would do this type of research.

Yes, reach out to MN Historical Society. They have all kinds of archives and copies of newspapers dating back long ago. They would likely be your best bet to find what you are looking for. The MN History Center probably has those resources. If you go there, you can look through all of the archives, but since you're out of state, give them an email or call and hopefully they can still help you obtain your information.
