Just wondering...what natural things do you like most about where you live or where you wished you lived?

I would say that I love the lakes. I don't know what it is, but it makes me even more connected to this state. Maybe it's all the memories of parties, summers, fishing, etc. Watching the sun go down, the sun rising and hearing the call of a loon...I live for the summers here.

I like when the sun rises in January on one of those bitterly cold days, and there is a sun pillar, sundogs and a sunbow - at first it looks white, but if you look carefully, you can see, very faintly, the colors of the rainbow. Those are the days when you really don't want to be outside, but this, at least partially makes up for it.
