Happy birthday, Elvis!

(Thanks for the reminder today, Michelle Bachmann.)

By the way, who is Pawenty?

All the more reason why Romney and Perry shouldn't be getting ALL the attention. I've barely heard anything about Ron Paul on the cable networks. Especially when you consider Perry is getting whole segments devoted to analyzing him.

It would be interesting to see if it comes down to a Bachmann/Palin ticket. Intersting but I hope to heck it never happens.

They're freezing him out. I guess he hasn't paid enough obesiance to the Lords of Media. Jon Stewart had a funny observation about this:

I saw that link as well. It's PRICELESS and well worth watching the whole thing!!!!!!!!!! There is also a great dig on TimPaw in that video. All I know is Bachmann's "seeds" were 5 times bigger than Pawlenty's. If you have not clicked on audadvnc's link, do it.

I'm not defending the worthiness of the Straw Poll (but have to admit it is a lot of fun living in Iowa and being a part of it!), but no one claims it predicts the winner. Instead, it has historically weeded out the pretenders.

Gov Pawlenty, let me introduce you to Elizabeth Dole and Lamar Alexander.

SPOT ON!!
I'm no Libertarian, but it is pathetic how poorly Ron Paul has been treated. I give him credit for his intellectual honesty

Don't buy into the Ron Paul hero worship; he has a lot of unpleasant baggage. But at least he's on the level about it, unlike virtually everybody else showing up for your vote.

She's a Sun sign Aries with Moon in Aquarius. I smell prejudice here! What's wrong with Aries anyway! Thomas Jefferson was an Aries and what line was he famous for?
