A video of his wrestling workout is also available (but not on YouTube, requires installing a program from http://www.ipla.pl/) and it does look somewhat better but his cardio still looks suspect.

Here is that video, somebody uploaded it to YouTube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyxdCUrAChc

At the weigh-in Pudzianowski was 125.8 kg (277.3 lbs) vs. 100.2 kg (220.9 lbs) for Najman, so Pudzianowski cut a lot of weight.

He is slow as hell, that takedown was in slow motion

umm yeah stephan bonner got busted after he fought forrest in their rematch fight he was on Anavar (oxandrolone) which is a mild anabolic, not very toxic, and gentle on the Hypothalamic-Testicular-Pituitary-Axis (HPTA) of the body. However, because it is mild, higher amounts of Anavar (oxandrolone) are needed for each dose. It is formulated to survive being ingested orally and proceeds for a first pass through the liver, and doesn't appear to cause serious hepatotoxic effects. Because studies show that oxandrolone heals cutaneous woundsand improves respiratory functions, this makes it a great choice for boxers and mixed martial arts fighters during in-seasons. It has an active life of 8 to 12 hours and can be detected I swear kimbo was on something before he went on to TUF but with it being a sport that is overseen by the nevada state boxing commission they are tested all the time and can lose their license to fight and are fined this is not the wwe where they get a slap on the wrist

That other guy looked scared of Pudzian. If he wanted to he probably could become good at mma but I would like to see him stay with strongman.

He was very stiff and upright and anyone with a ground game would have made quick work of him.
