Wow, those tickets went FAST. I was on one computer, spouse on another computer and the phone at 10:00 when the tickets went "on sale". Neither of us were able to get even one ticket.

I know there are a lot of people out there trying to get tickets but 35,000 tickets gone in the first couple of minutes...and with a 4 ticket limit.

Yes...I do not know how they did this, but I fear many went to condo projects to lure people(no objection) and corporations. No way they could have gone that fast. I was on right at ten, said they'd be a 15 min wait, and when it came back, no tkts.

I had the same experience here. 10 a.m. on the dot, two computers going, 15 minute wait... NOTHING. We would have loved to come down and boosted the economy a bit for ya'll. For future reference I'll tell you that (out of desperation) I did run over to Ticketmaster @ Publix and the lady said that they actually had tickets for everyone in line that was there @ 10. So I guess we'll go to Publix and try that if there is another opportunity.

I am a would-be tourist from out of state but didn't manage to get a ticket. Either way, I still plan to visit the Gulf coast around that time.
