There was a sign in Tillman's Corner next to Lowes off I-10 that said something about a new shopping center/movie theater/apartment complex. Has anyone heard anything about it?

This development has been around since the summer of 2013. I think the construction of McGowin Park and the expansion of Westwood Plaza have kind of stymied any forward momentum. While it wouldn't be a bad location for a multiplex and a cluster of hotels/restaurants, I really can't see any big box retail joining the development.

Tillman's Corner is growing though. I figured it'd be good because I'm so sick of airport blvd.
