Seeking average cost of land per acre in rural Baldwin county
We are looking for 1-3 acres of land in rural *unrestricted, areas in Baldwin County. We're looking for strictly land, land with a small cabin/house/cottage/RV/Mobile home. This is not an investment property for us, simply a "fishing camp, vacation spot" near the gulf but not in Vacationer Alley. Can anyone tell me what a reasonable amount to pay for an acre of land is in the following areas. Lillian, Foley, Bon Secour, Gulf Shores, Magnolia Springs? We area wanting somewhere that is fairly close to a deep water boat launch with relative easy access to gulf fishing. Going down this weekend and trying to get an idea of values before making any offers.
