I thought a thread where people who lived here could report what it was like, weather wise, where they were would be useful. I know you can logon to weather sites but honestly, most of them just aren't that accurate. Better to hear it from someone whose actually here, right?

In Ennis, it's currently 32 degrees and raining lightly. The roads are slick.

Butte Currently 45 deg. nights have been getting to the mid to low 30's already been scraping windshield in the mornings - wont be long lol. Butte averages 80 days frost to frost gardening wise. Do wish we had the necessary 2 weeks below -20 to kill the bark beetles which are eating up the trees on the East Ridge =)

Our dry spring here in north central Montana has produced any numbers of kabillions of grasshoppers (the fishing has been great, because grasshoppers make the best bait) and a larger population of ticks... from here clear to the Milk River.

Our wet springs produce larger numbers of mosquitoes than they do grasshoppers. I'd much rather have the grasshoppers.

Here in the Mt. Haggin area we are at 30 something degrees and clear skies, with a storm rolling in. Earlier this week the hills a bit higher than me got a quick snow dusting that quickly disappeared!

Geez, 94? I was in Anaconda and it probably didn't get above 65.

Today it's 45 and rainy with high mountain snow.
