How is the wind in Billings when compared to Wyoming? Better? Worse? Same? Is it too windy that it is unenjoyable outside? Thanks.

It is in a river valley so there is wind but nothing comparable to a Wyoming wind. Billings has considerably less wind than further up the Yellowstone at Big Timber and Livingston.
