Cougars are now killing wolves in the Bitterroots. Interesting...

MT Fish, Wildlife and Parks is asking for reports on wolf sightings, especially in the Sula and Darby areas:

Quote:
Sightings can be reported by going to the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks website under the wolf section. For recent wolf sightings of multiple animals, Bradley asks that people call her cell phone at (406) 865-0017.

Mother Nature will ALWAYS fix herself no matter how arrogant [man] becomes thinking he can do her job for her or manipulate her. Go kitty cat...... kill em all as that breed doesn't belong here anyway !

Man can do a good job of regulating the animals. Hunters are the first and best conservationists. We just dont need any dumb help from those that dont understand hunting.

Are cougars and mountain lions the same thing?

Cougars eat wolves? Interesting. I would have thought a nice tender young steer would be much easier to catch and more succulent to eat.

Lets look at this from a logical perspective for just a moment.....

If you were the Mnt lion, would you rather constantly race to and fight the wolf for that succulent young steer or would you prefer to take out the wolf first, then easily enjoy ALL the succulent steers for yourself ?
