Hey CT, read the artcile also.

So, now that the dust has basically settled, have you heard when they will start and what is the estimated time of completion - considering the hiccups?

They have fully $109 million of the $200 million private funds already committed. I believe things will take off pretty quickly now, but the only date I've heard thrown around is the baseball stadium being completed in 2014. By the time this is finished, this will be a huge development employing 1,500 people, and its location right off an Interstate means it will minimize the effect on traffic congestion downtown. It is also close enough to PA to draw a lot of business from there.

Jason Donahue, the principal developer, said in the article that they should have design done in 90 days, with permitting right after that. That should put the ballpark to be on track to be completed around June of next year.

I'm reading that they expect to play college baseball in the new park in 2015, so that sounds about right.
I'm anxious for them to be finished with it. If they sell beer, the place will be full up most of the time, and I'll be first in line.
