Actually, most of them are NOT in the Pittsburgh "metro", although many of them are because NCWV immediately abuts that designation. Morgantown, for instance, is 5 miles from it, and areas from Washington south are within commuting distance of there. Many people live here and work in Uniontown and vice versa. There is even established local bus service between the areas. And, since our employment situation is better than Pittsburgh's we tend to see many people who might otherwise be drawn there for work heading here instead if they live in the "between" areas.
