Let's just say that the mortgage company (won't mention any names but very large bank) that I was working for messed up.. It was an absolutely horrific experience but we are ready to close. However, I've contacted the higher powers for some resolution. My loan is an OHFA "bond" loan and they are saying there is not a whole lot they can do as far as credits and a lower interest rate. So my question is of the following closing costs which ones can they credit?
