I'm a mortgage broker and I'm testing the waters - just don't want to overload a few past clients with e-mails and I don't want to be thought of as a pest.
I know we are all surveyed to death but....would you fill one out?
I dont care if someone sends me an email asking for a survey on performance. I get it we all have performance measures these days. What was really tacky in my opinion was after I bought a used BMW a few months ago the sales rep called me and said "BMW measures us on these evaluations and since I gave you such a great deal can you please give me all high marks?"

I get surveys from my agent every time I purchase a new property, I am assuming they are automated, and in nearly a decade I haven't filled a single one out. I use the same agent for every purchase so you would think that would be enough information, and my agent never even mentions them to me.
