Default 100% Loans

The only 100% loan that I know of right now is the VA home loan.

True on the VA, I just closed two VA buyers with zero down payment and have another in escrow. It is amazing to me how easy the VA process has become nowadays!

We're currently going through USDA Rural Development's Direct program. We started the application process July 15th and are still waiting for our final yes or no.

This may not be for everyone, but Bank Of America does 100% loans for Physicians...but before you jump on this, there are several catches.. their rates are alway about a 1/4 point higher than the average, They have an upfront fee, and they do charge you a 1/4 point upfront to NOT have an Escrow account.

Was this recently? I thought they had changed it to 97% max on the program, like the other "my community" variations.

It is recent.
We still get fliers in the mail, 100% for up to $1M with no PMI.
