Gotta be a rerun, our home needs some remodeling done, but we have no equity for now, and are just working to pay extra to the loan principal before it resets in 2011 (ARM)

I have been looking at their website to see if they are wanting to remodel homes in our location though!

Thanks for the advice, everyone. Sounds like I may be better off getting a higher mortgage loan amt. for a nicer house, than buying a cheaper one in hopes that I can remodel it.
