HI,

To lock the interest rate what all documents do I need to submit?? I dont want to give my 3 months bank statements now.

My home will start construction next month and it will take atleast 5 months to complete. But I want to lock the rate now.

So can anybody please tell me what documents do I have to submit just to lock the rate.

Just speak to your broker and he'll make it happen for a fee
