I saw several movies in 3D in the past year. I like it but my wife says it gives her headaches. How do you like the effects ?

Do you think it is just a fad ?

WHat movie(s) past or present would you like to see in 3D ?

I hope it's just a fad. I hate them. They give me a ripping headache, and I find the overall picture quality blurry and dark.

3D movies strike me as a solution in need of a problem. They add nothing to the movie experience (other than cranial pain) and detract from the overall image.

I too get terrible headaches watching 3D movies and won't pay to go see them. I hope it's a fad. If not, it will be a very long time before the studios see any of my money before their movies get to Netflix.

My daughter complains that "they only show two or three things that are in 3D and then nothing else happens!" Maybe our depth perception is off but I see it as a total waste of money. We opt for the regular viewing experience every time now.

It has never worked for me: I don't see people jumping out of the movie screen, etc. So, I just don't bother.
