I remember that there is people racing for money it was hidden in different bridges and one a boat. The money on the boat get shredded in a paper shredder. There was like different groups there was one he was kinda funny and him and a girl was in the back of the van and it went out of gear and the van started rolling down a big hill. The movie was made in the 90's I believe. I been trying to figure out this movie for few years now and can't figure it out.

Rat Race? I've heard of that but never seen it. I thought it was a about racing, though, possibly for money.
