That certainly was a good film, disturbing but well done. In that category I would also add Deer Hunter,
Never Let Me Go & Night of the Hunter, Cape Fear (both), Stepford Wives (original) and Red Dragon.
Agree with other's: Green Mile and Fried Green Tomatoes (ToWanda).
The collector's edition of Rear Window has some very interesting information about the film, especially
how the set was created.

The Birds
Citizen X
Winds of War/War and Remembrance
The Last of the Mohicans
All the Charlie Chan movies starring Warner Oland, Sidney Toler, Roland Winter

Lonesome Dove
The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie
Evil Under the Sun (this has the best music and art work plus it is an Agatha Christie story)
Philadelphia
Casablanca
Escape from New York

I could go on and on.......

gee, forgot about Being There with Peter Sellers, have to see that one again. Loved Fargo too. Really liked the actress Frances McDormand....she was great in "Burn After Reading."

Don't ask me why. I don't even usually like romantic comedies (rarely see one) but I can watch Sweet Home Alabama over and over. I also can watch the movie Cop Land a lot.
