I thought this was such a great movie and great cast, writing, etc. I wish they still made movies like this Tom Hanks did such a good job acting like a kid !

Big was pretty popular. It's not one of those movies that half the pop culture-savvy population would need reminding of.

They still make movies just like Big every few years. I believe the most recent was 17 Again. Every other summer or so there's always a good body switching/age change movie

Who could forget the piano scene at FAO Schartz. I'm quite sure someone will post the video soon. Classic scene.

I don't think I've ever seen Tom Hanks give a bad performance, even when the movie itself is crap. Stars like Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise fill a certain niche, but this guy is a national treasure, even if he does have a face better suited to television. I adore him!

Loved the movie, "Big"! Tom Hanks is one of the few versatile actors who can do both comedy and drama and make either look great.
