I remember loving it. Just saw it last night and was so disappointed when I realized :
-there was never enough kernels to pop that much corn
-the house wouldn't have collapsed
-the laser stopped heating it yet it kept popping!
Yes I noticed that also!! (When he said 'SHUT THE FIELD DOWN" it was already down!!!! (It stopped after a few seconds but the heat caused the corn to continue popping))
Ah man!!
I would LOVE to talk to some of the members in that movie!!!!!! -- I HAVE VALS EMAIL ADDRESS (Chris Knight) and I have tried to email and say hello but he fails to respond (Makes it seem like they are JUST IN IT FOR $$$$$$ and dont wanna talk to anyone if $$$$ isnt involved)

Lmao
And has anyone noticed how Mitch looks just like Sarah Jessica Parker's uglier/prettier (depending on how you see her) younger brother (or sister)?
I use this line often in meetings/discussions about management and lines of reporting: "Well, I guess it goes from God, to Jerry, to you... to the cleaners."
I also love to use "you'll rue the day."
A family member started dating a guy named Kent last year and I have been known to bust out "this is Jesus, Kent."
Hehe I wonder if that was a mistake?? (I wonder if he meant to say "You'll ruin the day" but they either didnt catch it or didnt wanna redo it.......)
Rue: To regret or feel sorrow over
I love this movie as well and it gets quoted quite a bit in my household. Still can't get over that Lazlo (Jon Gries) was the Uncle in Napolean Dynamite.
I would LOVE it if Val replied to my email!!!! (He is my favourite in that movie)
