"About Time" and the "The Notebook" are the only movies seen recently that have made me tear up and feel good at the same time. Any other movies to recommend that are similiar to these?

Thanks look forward to hearing the feedback.

Anything Nicholas Sparks wrote that was adapted to film, probably (e.g. The Notebook.) Message in a Bottle, Dear John, Nights in Rodanthe, etc.)

I loooooved About Time! What a great movie and the ending makes you so appreciate life and that you need to live like each day counts. Beautiful feel good movie!!!

For a good romance movie, please check out Somewhere in Time. It's a older movie but Christopher Reeves and Jane Seymour are so amazing. The story is beautiful and the music is even more beautiful!!! I have the sound track and it gives me goose bumps every time I listen to it. FYI...have lots of tissues handy!

I'd suggest Begin Again. It was one of my favorite movies of 2014. I'd call it a love story, but it's not a romance. It's got more angst and heartbreak than About Time, and it's not as charming, but it's still a lovely movie, and it ends on a really happy note. Great music, too.

Very good movie but I feel, 500 Days (of Summer) would be a choice, imho.
I am not sure if the OP is after "feel good" movies or more so "romantic comedies"?
An older flick that came to my mind is The Cutting Edge. A romantic comedy.
If you want "feel good" comedy more than romance, then something like Big Fish could work too.
You want sci-fi plus feel good? Try Bicentennial Man.
