I'm watching the movie and it's about a young autistic woman who, because of her condition, has an extremely difficult time getting a boyfriend or attracting men.
However, I felt that the actress playing Jane, may have overplayed it. She acts like a real drama queen for most of the movie, and that is what turns guys off. Not the autism. So I think instead of the movie being about her autism, it is overshadowed by her drama queen-ness, and that is the main reason she would have trouble getting men, yet they make the autism seem like it's a bigger issue, compared to her attitude.
But maybe I'm seeing it the wrong way. What do you think?
