I generally liked it -- laughed out loud a few times, most notably when Will Ferrell's character interacts with the Americans for the first time, and when the elves do the thing with the knife. I recommend this movie -- it's not Ferrell's funniest, but it's still good.
Watched it last night. It definitely has its moments. Some really funny scenes. But I also got bored through large swaths of the movie. Aside from a song or two, the music is truly horrendously awful. I think the story might have even been poking fun at how truly terrible most of the music is on these types of shows. But if so, they still included way too much of it.
