I don't know of any set on Titan, but OUTLAND (HIGH NOON in space!) is set on Io.
SATURN 3 takes place in orbit around Saturn, but I don't think the characters ever set foot on any of the moons. It's been way too long since I've seen it though.
But hey! Look here: CREATURE (1985), with the always creepy Klaus Kinski, takes place on Titan. I've never seen it, but the description makes it sound like a low-budget ALIEN knock-off. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088961/?ref_=ttls_li_tt

Creature is interesting.......and it is more than an Alien knock-off.....you would know if you had seen it.......and I have. As far as to watch it or not, well, that depends on how you take your movies. It's not a comedy.......but it doesn't take itself too seriously, either.
Saturn 3, they are on a moon of Saturn or at least some rock of it.
Silent Running had the ships out in the vicinity of Saturn.
Finally, there is The Incredible Melting Man. While I don't think they touched down, the off camera story does concern the rings of Saturn..........saw that one, too!....and at the theatre, no less.

I watched Creature but I think it was a simple movie. Can't say I liked much.

I'll take your word for it. A movie has to be a masterpiece for me to brave watching Klaus Kinski. Just looking at the guy makes me want to soak my brain in bleach.

Klaus is what he was. In flicks like the above, the soldier, android, a few others, well, he's no Richard Lynch but he's a good villain.
As far as creature goes, loved Buckey Norris's part in the flick and the concept of a security officer who has been on one mission too many? PERFECT! As I said, it is a flick that doesn't take itself too serious......and probably, nor should the audience.
