OK, this isn't a thriller, but great movie & amazing erotica between Harvey Keitel & Holly Hunter. It's "The Piano", made in 1993 & not to be confused with the other movie of the same name.
Deep Water with Ben Affleck is an erotic psychological thriller. Not a great movie though with a poor ending. 2022 on Hulu.
Yeah, the OP is looking for a new one.. and this was basically just released. I thought it had great tension, good acting, etc. For me it had enough positives to make up for what some felt was an anticlimactic ending..

Personally, I have to agree with the previous poster. I thought this was a poor movie. It had potential based on the premise and plot, but it was poorly executed. I didn't feel like there was much tension and I thought the acting was meh. And then the ending......
