It was a very interesting movie on how Mcdonalds became a fast food franchise. Certainly sad how when Ray Kroc got the funding to expand the more ruthless he became and basically stole from the two brothers calling Mcdonalds his own and lied about paying them loyalties.
Other then the Batman movies this is certainly my favorite Michael Keaton movie

Good movie. For better or worse, the McDonald's brothers didn't have the drive to do what Ray Kroc did, and now when I'm road tripping I can buy a sausage egg McMuffin anywhere in the country and it tastes the same.
Never liked that place and been there maybe once or twice due to friends.
That movies made me hate that company even more.
Ray must have been a role model for Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, etc. you know the ambitious, greedy, rotten scoundrel biz man types.
If that is the American Dream, they can keep it.
I expected a lot of artistic license for drama. I was shocked to find out the movie was 98% accurate. Something to do with the wife and then the fact they changed the supply issues from frozen fries in real life to the milkshake mix in the movie. Almost everything was accurate.
I can't recall if that was accurate in the movie or if they attibute that to Kroc.
Also, the property holding company is not accurate.
Considering all that went on and how entertaining it was, the movie is almost documentary accurate.
I was pleasantly surprised.
