The only memorable aspect about The Godfather: Part III: "Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!".

That's one line. I'm talking about a bunch of lines that people use regularly, similar to Seinfeld references. Of course, this changes over time as new movies come out and fewer and fewer people remember the older movies. The median age in the U.S. is now 38.

"She doesn't even go here" is applicable in so many situations. That pesky and brother in law who won't stop flapping his lips? "He doesn't even go here!" That new employee who thinks his/her opinion really carries weight? "She doesn't even go here!"

Low key one of the best quotes of all time. I love how Regina just shuts her down. Sometimes we need to shut down friends, family and coworkers and let them know that fetch is not gonna happen.

From the comments:

"I use this all the time. Its just so amazing and canny for so many situations."

"Okay but Regina saying “stop trying to make fetch happen” has become a sentence people use. I say it’s a 50/50 win on both sides."

I am going with Star Wars, but I am highly biased as it is my all-time favorite movie.

"I've got a bad feeling about this".

"You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy".
(I used to say that every time I went to a city I didn't like.

"I find your lack of faith disturbing".

“Who’s the more foolish? The fool or the fool who follows him?"

"These aren't the droids you are looking for."

"Obi Wan, you're my only hope," had a meme run.

"It's a Trap!", had a long run as a meme for all kinds of things.

“Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.”

"The more you tighten your grip, the more star systems will slip through your fingers".

“Use the Force, Luke."

Don't forget Arnold's Terminator promise "I'll be baaack!" spoken in an appropriately ominous Teutonic bass

My most often quoted movies:

ANIMAL HOUSE
GHOSTBUSTERS
YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN

Know those movies, and you'll always have a quote for any situation.

Depends on the generation.

Casablanca

"Here's looking at you, kid."

“Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine"

"Play it Sam."

“I’m the only cause I’m interested in.”

“Round up the usual suspects.”

"We will always have Paris".

“I’m shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on here!”
(Very long running internet meme responding to something that is painfully obvious.)

“When it comes to women, you’re a true democrat.”

“Just because you despise me, you are the only one I trust.”

"I remember every detail. The Germans wore gray, you wore blue.”

"This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship".

"Where I’m going, you can’t follow. What I’ve got to do, you can’t be any part of. Ilsa, I’m no good at being noble, but it doesn’t take much to see that the problems of three little people don’t amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you’ll understand that.”

That one is classic!
