"The Haunting in Connecticut" (film, Hollywood, scenes, watch)

Ok! I remember seeing this in one of those Discovery channel thing-ies. It was creepy to watch on the small screen. I just can't imagine how creepy this would be after being "Hollywood-ized" and on the big screen,

Whoa.
That trailer hits on some of the more typical scenes (the mom wanting to know why the house is so cheap, the serious guy intoning "There is something in this house") but then there was new creepy stuff as well (the targeted teen boy waking up with weird writing all over his body.)
That last little tacked on bit at the very end was a humdinger!

Would love to know the true story behind the film...

(off topic)Can you imagine TAPS investigating that house!!!!! I would love to find this house and spend a nght there. I wonder if you could open a B&B to scare the ba-jezzies out of your travelers.
